At ÎÛÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ, our facilities in Weston, Mosinee and River Falls, WI, feature manual and automated, electrostatic paint spray systems. These systems are industry leaders in paint and powder application, and they help us to provide customized paint and coatings that perfectly fit your project.

We provide finishing services for extrusions, flat sheets, custom break shapes, and custom fabricated and cut-to-size aluminum and steel. In 2017, we installed a new 4 Robot Plastics Finishing line that is nearly a half-mile long and has helped us increase our quality and capacities for non-metallic substrate finishing.

Paint & Processing Lines

• 1300+’ horizontal conveyor system that includes Amorphous chromium phosphate conversion coating in its 5-stage wash system, supported by a reverse osmosis water treatment system, to process aluminum or steel parts up to 24′ long x 6.5′ high x 4′ wide. Parts processed and painted in a finish on this line meet or exceed the requirements of AAMA 2605.
• 375′ horizontal conveyor system, specializing in air-dry systems, powder, urethanes, epoxies, CARC’s and special coating needs.
• Manual shot blasting.
• Special packaging.
• Dropship orders direct to your customer.
• Apply protective masking.

Color Matching

Our in-house color-matching services allow us to complete jobs in a timely manner. We use E-Z mix systems along with color-matching software and equipment.

We are certified applicators for the following products:

• AkzoNobel Interpon Architectural Powders
• PPG’s Duranar®
•  Sherwin-Williams liquid & powder coatings

Preliminary AAMA Testing

With Crystal Finishing Systems, you can ensure that your project will meet and/or exceed the industry’s standards. This is because we perform preliminary AAMA 2603/2604/2605 testing on samples. We test the following factors:
• Color Uniformity
• Dry Film Thickness
• Gloss
• Pencil Hardness
• Solvent Resistance
• Wet & Dry Cross Hatch Adhesion

Anodizing

We also provide anodizing finishes to a wide range of aluminum substrates used for architectural projects. Anodizing adds durability, is safe for the environment, and is an affordable option. Features of our anodizing finishes include:
• MIL-A-8625 compliant
• AAMA 611 compliant
• Capability to finish parts with max size of 360″
• Type II Anodizing
• Class 1 (.7 mils)
• Class 2 (.4 mils)
• Several electrolytic color options
• Acid Etch or Caustic Etch options
